Tiles can be sealed if they are:

- Travertine (man made stone)

- Bluestone / Basalt

- Slate & Stone Wall Claddings
- Grout Joints
- All Natural Stones
Tiles cannot be sealed if they are:
Ceramic Tiles
Ceramic tiles have a glass like, dense surface and are sealed in the manufacturing process but the grout between the tiles should be sealed.
Glazed Porcelain Tiles
Similar to ceramic tiles, the glass surface is dense and protects the tile. A sealer will not penetrate into the surface and can be wiped away.
